Bistro 31: Experience Upscale French and Spanish Cuisine in Dallas

Bistro 31 is known for its appetizers such as bread and excellent pasta. Avoid the burger, which is very hyped but very bland with average-quality meat. Sticking to pasta and enjoying the European vibe should be the key.

The restaurant has a lovely Italian–French charm, and the service was excellent. Everyone was attentive and welcoming. I’d definitely come back again.

Absolutely love this place . Went with my girls for brunch . Second restaurant that I’ve been owned by the same family and I wasn’t disappointed. The drinks were great and the food was delicious I had the pasta and shrimp and it was cooked to perfection. The service we had was just phenomenal and even though we had outside seating we were under the shade and still had a blast. We also had the pleasure to meet the owner he came up to our table said he noticed all the beautiful women and wanted to say hi I thought that was so cute bless his heart. Will be coming back for sure Parking can be tricky but it’s first come first

I stopped at Bistro 31 in Dallas during a business trip, coming straight from the airport with my luggage. The staff were super friendly and even showed me a safe place to store my bags while I ate — such a nice touch after a long flight. I had the lobster bisque (around $18), which was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and full of good-sized chunks of lobster. Definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while! I also ordered the lobster salad (about $32). It was a bit smaller than I expected, but beautifully presented and very refined, which made up for the size. The taste was okay, but not as good as the bisque. I was also served warm baguette with butter while I waited, which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere feels classy and relaxed, surrounded by luxury shops — a perfect spot to take a break and recharge. My waiter (French) was very attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.

The place is beautiful and we easily got seating outside (inside was full). Mauro, our server, was so relaxed and never said no to us for anything!! Beet salad was delicious and my husband ordered the burger- made exactly how he likes it. The complimentary baguette is served with cold butter and sea salt but the olive oil is worth trying too!

Cozy small little italian restaurant. Lovely server, fast service. Only complaint was the steak au poivre. Dry and unseasoned. Remaining dishes were good

Had a blast lunch here, great food and great atmosphere, had a small accident in my pasta but the server were very attentive to resolve the issue, will definitely visit again.

This is some of the best food ive had in dallas. Got the filet it was melt in your mouth good. Sushi was delicious and unique not very pricy. Great ambiance upstairs and more chill downstairs. Staff is incredible and makes you feel at home. Tried every dessert they were all good haha.
